An integrated workflow solution specifically designed for real estate development and construction processes such as defect checking, progress update and the handover process. The solution facilitates communication and collaboration among parties involved, namely the inspector, contractor, project manager, customer service team, and purchaser.
Inspectors will be assigned with different inspection checklist and can report defects during site visits. Contractors will be notified of any defects such that they can arrange resources for fixing those issues. The project manager will be notified of the defect status update and can arrange appointments and retrieve reports where needed.
